Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information
There is nothing to opt out of, because we never opted you in. Here is the detail anyway.
Our position
USA Health Savings does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and comparable state privacy laws.
We also do not do the thing those laws were written about: your submission is not distributed to a pool of agents who compete to call you first. It goes to one licensed advisor.
Who does receive your information
- The licensed advisor reviewing coverage for your household.
- Service providers that run this site for us — hosting, database and workflow automation — who process the data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
- A carrier, only if you separately choose to apply for coverage with that carrier.
None of those are sales. If that ever changes, this page changes first and we will provide a working opt-out before any such disclosure occurs.
Rights you can exercise
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Get a portable copy of it
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Have it deleted
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these
These are statutory rights for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws. We extend them to anyone who asks, regardless of where they live.
How to make a request
Send it through our contact form and say which right you are exercising. We verify your identity against the information you already gave us — we will not ask you for new sensitive data to prove who you are — and respond within the period the applicable law allows. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Stopping calls, texts and emails
Separately from the rights above, you can stop contact at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell the advisor on the call. Opting out of contact does not require a formal privacy request.
