Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026. Plain English first, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.
The short version
We collect the five answers you give the form — your state, household size, whether anyone has pre-existing conditions that need covering, your timing, and your name, phone and email. A licensed advisor uses them to review coverage options and call you once. We do not sell your information to third parties and we do not distribute it to a pool of agents.
Who we are
USA Health Savings operates usahealthsavings.com as an independent insurance brokerage. We are not a government agency, not the Health Insurance Marketplace, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any government program.
What we collect
Information you give us. The survey fields listed above. We never ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, income, financial account details, or medical records through this site, and you should not send them to us through it.
Information collected automatically. Standard web request data including IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. We record the marketing source that brought you here — the referring site or campaign parameters in your first visit's URL — so we know which channels work. This is stored in your browser for the session and submitted with the form.
Information we do not collect. We do not build advertising profiles about you, we do not buy supplemental data about you from data brokers, and we do not track you across unrelated websites.
How we use it

- To detect and block automated form abuse
- To measure which marketing channels produce real conversations
- To meet our legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations
How we share it
We share your information with the licensed advisor handling your review, and with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf — our hosting provider, our database provider and our workflow automation provider. Those providers process the data for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
If you choose to apply for coverage, information you provide at that stage goes to the carrier you apply to. That is a separate step you take knowingly; nothing on this site applies for coverage.
We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of any person. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do Not Sell My Info.
Calls, texts and emails
By submitting the form you agree that USA Health Savings and its licensed advisors may contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or tell the advisor on the call.
Cookies and analytics
We use only what the site needs to function and to understand traffic in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site. Your browser's controls can block or clear cookies; the form still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep submission records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and licensing obligations, then delete them. Automated abuse logs are kept briefly and contain no contact details beyond an IP address.
Security
Submissions travel over TLS and are stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not tell you otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone who asks.
To make a request, use our contact form and say what you want done. We will verify your identity using the information you already gave us and respond within the time the applicable law allows. You may use an authorized agent.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Household size is a count, not a roster.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and post the new version here.
