• It does not select, bind, issue, or approve coverage.
• It is not an application for insurance.

Only a licensed insurance carrier can underwrite, approve and issue a policy, and only the policy documents the carrier gives you state what is actually covered. If anything on this site conflicts with a policy document, the policy document governs.

Accuracy of information

Premiums, deductibles, benefit levels, networks and eligibility rules change and vary by state, carrier, age, household and health history. Figures on this site show how plans tend to differ, not what you will pay. We work to keep the site accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

Your responsibilities
